1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging along with the invoice.

Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as personal preference, change of mind, or minor color variation due to lighting/screen settings.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please:

  2. Share your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product if damaged/defective.

3. Return Shipping

  • In case of a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping charges.
  • If the product is returned without a valid reason or approval, return shipping will be at your own cost and no refund will be issued.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refund will be credited to your original method of payment (UPI/Card/Bank Transfer).

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized malas.
  • Products returned without original packaging or invoice.
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they haven’t been processed or shipped.
